Privacy & GDPR

Data processed. Account data (email, role), publisher data (site name, domain, ownership proof), campaign data (creative URL, landing URL, budget), and aggregated technical delivery data (impressions, clicks).

Legal basis. Performance of contract for accounts and campaigns; legitimate interest for platform security and aggregated analytics; consent when applicable.

Cookies. Ad delivery does not drop non-essential cookies without consent. Analytics rely on aggregated, non-identifying counts.

Retention. Account data is kept for the life of the account plus applicable legal delays; campaign records are kept per accounting rules; server logs are kept for a limited operational period.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to contact@addirectly.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Subprocessors. Managed hosting and delivery providers under GDPR-compliant contracts. The current list is available on request.

Transfers. Data is processed within the EU whenever possible; any transfer outside the EU relies on standard contractual clauses.
