Terms of Use

Publisher. Addirectly is operated by Antoine Cazals, based in 75017 Paris, France. Contact: contact@addirectly.com.

Service. Addirectly is a direct-sales ad platform enabling publishers to sell their own ad inventory to advertisers of their choice, and enabling advertisers to buy inventory directly.

Accounts. Two roles are available: publisher and advertiser. A single account may hold both roles. Each user is responsible for the security of their credentials.

Publisher obligations. Prove ownership of the domain, keep site information accurate, review each campaign, comply with applicable advertising, consumer, and data-protection law.

Advertiser obligations. Provide creatives that comply with the format specs, are truthful and lawful, and hold the necessary rights on landing pages and creatives.

Fees. Subscription fees and any commissions are displayed in-product before any purchase.

Liability. Addirectly provides a technical intermediation service. The commercial relationship for the placement itself is between publisher and advertiser.

Termination. Either party may terminate at any time, subject to campaigns already in flight.

Law and jurisdiction. French law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
